  • I am having trouble viewing the video lesson. What can I do?

    The large majority of time video issues are browser-specific. For example, it may be that you have a plugin installed that is blocking the videos or your browser may not support the file type you are using. Try using a different browser or an Incognito/Private window instead. If this does not correct the problem, please contact us at thinkific@denmat.com.

  • I misspelled my name on my CE certificate. How do I correct this?

    One of our education specialist will be happy to assist you with this. Please contact us at thinkific@denmat.com with the correct spelling of your name and the course that you completed. We will contact you via email. Once completed, you can then reprint your corrected CE certificate.

  • I cannot print out my CE certificate. What should I do?

    If you are unable to print your CE certificate after completing appropriate troubleshooting steps with your printer, please feel free to contact us. Once we confirm the proficiency quiz was taken and passed, we will be happy to send a digital copy to you.
